Wandering and Wondering (continued)

[Feather]

Feather followed Sunstreak into the camp through the tunnel. She Could hear the voices from the inside getting louder. then a light hit her eyes and she gasped. It ws so big! Roughly bigger than a twoleg home! She stumbled on her way in, but she kept on her feet. There were kits playing in one part of the camp, their mothers watching over them, the warriors were finishing eating, licking each other. The elders were telling stories in one corner to a few kits. She thought for a moment that their mother was missing, until she saw a she-cat looking at them every now and then from afar. There seemed to be hardly any cats her age, though. She wondered why. "It's so big!"

[Sunstreak]

Sunstreak smiled at the kit's amazement.
"There are bigger camps. There are four other clans like this one, except they're a little bigger"
Sunstreak had began to love the she-cat's intelligent personality and was now speaking openly to the kit.
"Now, I'm really sorry but I've got a very important announcement. Come up on the ledge with me" Sunstreak gestured to the ledge on the gently cupped walls, then jumped up on it, waiting for the kit to come with her.

[Feather]

Feather, being told how important the announcement was, scrambled onto the ledge. It was easier than she thought it would be, but it still took a moment before she was up. She was glad she was that size. She looked up expectantly at the FlameClan Leader, deciding to wait and ask questions later. Her pelt was still smooth, and it was sleek, almost like the RiverClan cats of old, but not as much, because she barely ever had the pleasure of eating fish. She waited for Sunstreak to speak.

[Sunstreak]

Sunstreak gave an encouraging smile at the kit then yowled
"All cats old enough to catch their own prey gather here join here beneath Highledge for a clan meeting!"
The Flameclan cats padded out to the meeting place and sat down, looking at Feather. Sunstreak hoped she wouldn't be overwhelmed.
"This kit, Feather, was found on our territory. I trust none of you would of left her there. Tansyflower, please can you take care of her for now"
Flameclan cats looked immensely surprised, but let way for Tansyflower coming forward.
"And I need six cats to accompany me with Echoclan to the rogue camp" she continued.
"Iceleaf, Duskfall, Eaglescreech, Grasstail, Oakbranch, Lavendertail"
The cats started murmuring in shock. The remaining cats did not look disappointed, but rather curious to meet Feather. Sunstreak looked at the kit apologetically.
"Feather, I'll be gone for a while. This she-cat here, Tansyflower, will take care of you. Say to her you're allowed to go out of camp with her to find some herbs. She has a good interest in herbs"
That was true. Tansyflower was originally going to be the medicine cat's apprentice, but changed her mind. Sunstreak called
"This clan meeting is now over"
She jumped off the ledge and carefully watched Feather hop off.
"See you soon, Feather"

(OOC: No she didn't... Feather introduced herself in the other thread... Remember? =^_^= Which, btw, you never answered her question of your name afterwards. ^_^

Feather nodded. As she jumped off, she added, "You're this Clan's leader, then? It was nice to meet you." She smiled in a polite manner, then waved her tail. "Be sure to come back. You have a Clan to run. See you!" She walked to Tansyflower. "She just told me that i could leave the camp to find herbs with you. But am i allowed to eat first? I'd like to look around, first, if that's okay."

Tansyflower looked up at Sunstreak, then back to Feather. "Of course. Follow me." Then they both walked away, Feather, ignoring the whispers, looking back, an intelligent glint in her eye. Then as some followed her, curious, she was swallowed up in the crowd.

Sunstreak called the chosen six forward.
"We need to get to Echoclan camp" she murmured.
"It's where we'll meet up"
