Appearance:
He felt torn now. He realized he didn't really blame Nate, but it was hard to be happy when he knew Nate had left him alone after he told him that his parents had come. Then he realized something else: Nate had been upset after that. Wait wasn't that the night he...? His face grew hot and he moved to sit down on the bed. Placing his hands on his head, he rubbed his eyes, suddenly realizing how tired he was.
"My parents should never have made me choose if they loved me. They never took care of me, anyway. I've had to fend for myself most of my life." What was he saying? Although, he thought, it was true. Even when he had come to them to show his good grades, they had looked down at him in anger. Normally they gave him chores to do, didn't like what they saw when it was done, messed it up, and made him do it again. thinking about these moments, he drew strength now from knowing that he lived somewhere where they cared better for him. "Nate, if i could relive the moment, a hundred, a thousand, a million times," he said, utterly truthful, "nothing would change; I would choose you over them every time." His eyes were gentle as they looked at him. "You do make me happy. Even when you're not there. Just thinking about you makes me happy, because I know I have someone I can count on. Even if you're angry, confused, and wouldn't want to give me the time of day, that's fine with me. The only ones I blame for my unhappiness my parents and those like...." David felt a sting like a something had stabbed him. Stupid Kei. he pulled Nate into another hug. "I don't blame you, Nate. I never did."
Deciding to ruin the moment, he lughed, releasing him. "Oh yeah. And it's a little fuzzy, but who was it that let me do a few things to him when I was drunk?" His eyes teased, but held no anger, blame, or anything unpleasant.Other:

Appearance:
She is a fluffy, silver she-cat, but with darker stripes that look like ripples and ginger patches that look like rocks in a stream. she also has some white mixed in there as well, adding to the stream effect. She has blue eyes. She has strong haunches, as her ancestors before her were like the cats of the first SkyClan, back when Firestar helped the distant clan reform. Her nose is grey, like her pelt. She has no scars. In fact, she hasn't yet gotten in a fight, but will be willing to defend herself if she must. Her back paws are black.Personality: Featherstream is a kind cat, and thinks fairly about everyone. She loves playing with other kits and already wishes for her own some day. she strives to be the best she can be, but she doesn't know how she can do that. Often, she is found stalking the garden birds, but is never able to catch them, which frustrates her. She has never wandered into the forest yet, but she feels she needs to try it one day. She loves to try searching among the herbs around the Twoleg Gardens, and also often wonders what they are. One day, she also hopes to expand her knowledge in order to become wiser, so she could maybe find out what she needs to do.History: She has lived as a kittypet all her life, but doesn't remember much of her previous home. She remembers that she had three brothers and one sister. She also remembers her mother's scent, and that she had raised them outside for a while before the humans, as they called themselves, had taken her from her mother. She only recently (like, a moon ago) came here and made friends with the Kittypets, but often wonders what it would be like hunting in the forest, where she imagines she can catch many fish and mice. she hated Kittypet food, and tends to eat only what she can handle.RP: David was surprised when Nate wrapped his arms around him, but David automatically welcomed the hug. He breathed in his smell, something that had haunted even in his dreams. The one person he loved had begun apologizing for the sorrow and pain David had felt, and David felt a stab in his gut. 'It wasn't your fault!' he wanted to say, but he couldn't say it. He didn't want to blame Nate, but he had left David when he had needed someone to lean on. But David hadn't let that bother him then, when he had been watching over Nate from a distance, so why should he now?
